MARGIE WRIGHT, Spikes Director of Coach/Player Development along with JIM KULAWIAK, current coach at North Central College in Naperville will discuss what a college coach looks for in a potential student/athlete. Coach Margie is retired from Fresno State and at the time of her retirement was the winningest coach among NCAA D1 softball coaches. She is in numerous Hall of Fames as both a Coach and Player. Coach Jim is still coaching and is in the top 20 all-time win leaders at the NCAA D3 level. Between the two of these highly talented coaches they will provide you an insight into what college coaches look for in a perspective player, how to get a college coach interested in you and what to expect as a player at the college level.
In addition to these presenters Coach Margie has arranged for the DePaul University NCAA Compliance Officer to review the recent changes made to the NCAA D1 recruitment process. When college coaches can communicate to you and how to stay in compliance with the rules.
This is a “MUST” attend event for Players, Coaches and Parents if your goal is to be a student athlete at the collegiate level. Don’t miss out! Make sure you plan on attending!
